Who We Are
Rohan and Laura Geraghty founded Cresset Group with a clear purpose: to find an exceptional business built by someone who cares deeply about it, and to carry that care forward. Between them, they bring experience across three continents, multiple industries, and 34 years of hands-on leadership.
Rohan grew up seeing firsthand what it takes to run a successful small business — starting on his father's dairy farm in Australia. That early experience stayed with him as he moved across the world, managing diverse businesses: from a neighbourhood pub in Cork, Ireland, to a landscaping company in Vancouver, to a real estate lettings agency in London.
His background isn't in a corporate boardroom — it's in the trenches of everyday operations. He has managed teams in varied environments and cultures, and learned that the most valuable asset any business has is the people who show up every day to make it run.
A career built through hands-on leadership across three continents — navigating the complex logistics of a landscaping firm, the high-stakes negotiation of London real estate, and the people-first culture of hospitality. His focus has always been on practical results and real human connection.

Laura has spent most of her career helping businesses navigate change — but over time, she wanted to be closer to the work itself, and to the people and communities behind it. After 15 years living and working in London, she and Rohan relocated to the U.S. to be nearer to family and focus on work that feels more tangible and meaningful.
She is drawn to businesses with strong foundations and proud histories. She respects the responsibility that comes with stepping into something someone else has built over decades, and cares deeply about continuity — for employees, customers, and the wider community.
Before founding Cresset Group, Laura was a Strategy Director at PwC (Strategy&), where she worked closely with leadership teams on strategy, transformation, and operational improvement. Her work centred on businesses going through periods of transition — helping leaders make better decisions, strengthen operations, and prepare for what comes next.
